Marty JoinedMarketlive from Motorola/Good Technology where he was the Chief Information Officer and was responsible the Network Operations Center. In his last 6 months at Good, he maintained 100% network/application availability for a customer base of 14,000 enterprise accounts and over 400,000 users. While at Good he introduced a MDU (Minimum Downtime Upgrades) architecture which reduced scheduled system outages due to software/hardware upgrades from two hours per month to less than 15 minutes per quarter. Prior to Motorola/Good, Marty was the CIO/CTO at Digital River. In his seven year tenure at Digital River, the company grew from $2m to $220M in revenue. While at Digital River he designed and managed the infrastructure for 40,000 hosted e-commerce web sites transacting over $2B/year. He launched five world-class data centers and maintained 99.98% uptime with world-wide web page latency of less than two seconds. Marty also spent 10 years in technical consulting, including work for Best Buy, Target Corporation, Fingerhut companies and MCC Behavioral Health Care.
